Food Network Alum Chef Raya Belna teams up with Sourced Cuisine to offer award-winning guilt-free desserts
We are excited that the ever expanding Sourced Cuisine family of chefs now includes Chef Raya Belna. Raya is best known for her delicious and unique plant-based cupcakes, incorporating essential oils and aromatherapy into her menus and using nutrient-dense produce from her own urban micro-farm in Costa Mesa. Yes, she took this vision we are so passionate about for entirely locally sourced menus to the next level by building her own micro farm! (Could I be any more jealous?!?!-Jessica)
Raya was on the Food Network’s show “Great Food Truck Race 2” in 2010, bringing her creative approach to healthy cuisine to audiences nationwide.
Raya’s background includes many years in San Francisco’s luxury hotel and restaurant industry, work at yoga retreats and detox centers around the globe, and a year in South Korea observing the sacred practices of Buddhist Temple food.
As our excitement about the recent addition of Chef Carli Savedra continues, we are thrilled to find another Chef who shares our vision for gourmet meals made with produce grown here in our community, and freshly picked to support health and great taste. Thank you for all your support!
