We are excited to announce that Chef Carli Savedra has joined Sourced Cuisine.
Chef Carli shares Sourced’s vision to create access to freshly picked, nutrient-dense food by sourcing our ingredients directly from the farms in Orange County and using what is being grown here.
Chef Carli has been creating delicious food for the fortunate guests at restaurants and resorts here in Southern California and around the world for 15 years, including Charlie Palmers and Old Vine Cafe, where she was head chef. Her traveling and cooking bio reads like a list favorite countries to visit for the food: Italy, Sicily, Germany, Austria and most recently Thailand. She literally brings a lot to the table and we are thrilled to have another preacher and practicer of agricultural and culinary sustainability join our team!
